We provide accounting, tax preparation, and related financial services to individuals and businesses.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms
• Retain copies of all documents provided to us

Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the services provided and agreed upon in advance. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
